How can my body feel?

+Massage helps to increase circulation in the body. This support good circulatory health, skin health, and so much more.

+Massage triggers the release of 'feel good' hormones and is a great way to relax and destress.

+Massage is like a full body stretch. This helps to loosen tight muscles and can help to increase range of motion and decrease overworked and tense areas.

A trigger point is a tight area within the muscle tissue that causes pain. Trigger Point Therapy targets these areas, releasing muscle constriction and alleviating pain.

Swedish massage is the most common form of massage. Featuring long gliding strokes, Swedish massage provides exceptional relaxation.

Used primarily by athletes, sports massages specifically target muscles that may be overused and helps reduce fatigue while increasing endurance.

While similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage relieves chronic tension by using more pressure to focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue and tendons.

A very gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that releases compression to the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum.

For the mom-to-be, massage during pregnancy is a wonderful way to relieve many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as backaches, leg cramps and a stiff neck.
